ABOUT US

Welcome to the Sense and Sisterbility Book Blog - we are so happy you found us! We are two sisters who love to read and are so excited to share that passion with others. Our goal is to provide our genuine opinions on a variety of genres. We hope to inspire you to read more and get outside your comfort zone! We aim to provide honest book reviews about trendy (and not trendy) books. Our goal is that this blog will help you in choosing your next read, picking a fun book for your book club, or even helping launch your reading obsession!

GET TO KNOW US

Like we said, we are sisters who are best friends, and have stayed connected through our love of reading. We both have super busy schedules and part of the reason we wanted to create this blog was to inspire people with a crazy life to still find time to read. We plan to provide tips and tricks on how we accomplish that! Our tastes in books are usually different, but we still love sharing a good book no matter the genre. Hopefully, no matter who you are or what type of books you enjoy, you can relate to at least one of us! You will see us refer to each other as Sister #1 and Sister #2 - we are keeping our names close and our identities even closer, but if you stick around long enough maybe we will reveal who we really are!  â€‹

For now, you can know that Sister #1 is the oldest and is about to be a mom of 3! She enjoys reading romance novels, romcom books, some romantasy books, historical fiction and honestly just loves a good story. There isn’t really a book she won’t pick up and try, and as long as it has a happyish ending she will most likely love it. Sister #2 is the younger sister and who works from home & is always up to something crazy. She enjoys anything she can get her hands on. She reads more fantasy than Sister #1 but it tends to lean more towards romantasy. She is trying to go through “classics” she's never read before like Little Women, Pride & Prejudice, The Secret Garden, etc. She is okay with historical fiction & always likes a good dystopian novel more than she would like to admit. As a fall back though, she can never go wrong with a classic romance.
